Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid course seats invoiced by Cloud DataStack. Website browsing is free and not subject to refunds. Because checkout is not processed on this site, refunds are handled against the original invoice payment method.

Timeframe

• Full refund: written cancellation received at least 14 days before the cohort start date, and before downloadable materials for that cohort are issued.
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 5 days before start, if live sessions have not begun.
• No refund: cancellations within 4 days of start, or after the first live session, except where required by mandatory law.

Conditions for full or partial refund

You must provide the invoice number, enrolled name, and cohort label. Seat transfers to a colleague in the same organization may be offered instead of a refund when requested before the cohort starts.

Non-refundable items

• Completed private workshops once the session has been delivered.
• Custom template packs delivered electronically after payment.
• Third-party examination or software fees if ever listed separately on an invoice.

Refund process

Email contact@cloud-datastack.digital with subject line “Refund request” and your invoice number. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of confirmation. Bank posting times vary by institution and may take additional days.

Refund method

Funds return via the original payment channel when possible. If that channel is unavailable, we arrange a bank transfer to an account you designate in writing.

Cancellation by Cloud DataStack

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of the seat fee. We are not responsible for travel or incidental costs.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for a goodwill credit toward a future cohort even outside the standard window. Credits expire 12 months after issuance.
